Aliens Base Camp On Earth

Kongka la pass is situated in the middle of Indo-china boarder, where no-one is allowed to set foot.
But why  ???



The rumours are that several fortunate eye witnesses the extra terrestrial activity and both government seems to be in some kind of agreement with the alien inhabitants who have made their permanent spot on earth... To come and go as the please.
Here are some proof which clarify that there is an alien base camp in kongka La Pass :-

1. Before 2006,  anyone looking at this area from Google maps would be able to pick up the structure that looked like an army base of some sorts.
Some of its even all blacked out. Google tried to explain it away as glitch but we highly doubts that google with all the financial and other resources at its disposal could suffer such technical faults for such a long time.
Is this seriously correct ??

2. A UFO sighting was reported in 2004 by a team of geologists and glaciologists who were performing on expedition led by Dr.  Anil Kulkarni of Space Applications Center of Ahmedabad.  They swear that they saw the giant robot walked for a while as they took photos and just shot straight upwards,  disappearing into the open sky.



So what do you think??  Is government developed the technology and it is the best place to test their new advance equipments ???

There is something else??

3. A group of Hindu pilgrim moving through the western side of the pass on their way to Mount kailash saw some strange lights in the sky.
The local guide said to them that this was a very common occurrence in the area.  The piligrims who had the permit of moving to and from between both countries decided to explore that place but the authorities of India and China denied for entry from their places.



So the question is why both government prohibited the entry of Kongka La Pass area for people.
Is there any alien base camp  ????
Or is it one of  the favourite landing place for aliens to visit in Earth ??
